Three keys to quality control of YIGE:

1.IQC:

Good billet is the basis of good pipe. We strictly control the incoming inspection, all our products are from the brand steel mill (The series of low alloy and high strength customized products mainly use Valin Hengsteel billets) and strict physical, chemical, appearance size inspection of incoming materials, to prevent unqualified products flowing into the production link. 

2.IPQC:

Develop scientific and complete work instructions, process inspection specifications and related standards; The combination of self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection; The inspection of Process quality is strict to prevent unqualified products flowing into the next process; Quality records are timely, true, complete, clear and traceable.

3.FQC

we have professional testing equipment and testing personnel, the laboratory is equipped with 18 elements of Japan Shimadzu direct reading spectrometer, 60 tons of universal material testing machine, -60 degree impact meter, hardness tester and other equipment. The appearance and size of the steel pipe are tested one by one, and the mechanical test of the finished steel pipe is carried out according to the batch, and the record is stored in the file and sealed sample.
